2018Escaping Thanksgiving|Vancouver 2017|Day 2
After going through apps and web search we finally find the restaurant we want to have breakfast in, it’s about a 20 minutes walk from the hotel, not an easy place to find, well, it’s actually right there, we simply walk straight pass it, adding another 10 minutes to it … we really shouldn’t blame the restaurant … lol~

2018Lumaca Diet Diary Weekly Summary 02/06/2018
Ok, so the title of this entry is weekly summary, why a weekly summary? Because I did not started on my daily diet entry that I should have started last week … And there’s no way I can remember what I ate for a week, so there’s no way I can write the diary retroactively, it’s just not how my brain work … Luckily, I have took some photos of what I ate, so I can at least do a summary.

Food: My Personalize Low Carbs Diet With A Lot Of Exception
Well, one thing I have been doing lately is, going on a low-carbs diet. So that means cutting off everything that’s heavy in carbs like rice, bread, noodles, beer(!!!) and the sort. This has been going on for a couple weeks already actually, I have been mostly doing well with it, although sometimes I can’t fight the urge for a bowl of instant noodles, but I am ok with that, I am not going to force my self on a strict strict diet, it’s more like being more conscious with what I am eating, after all, any cutting back on carbs and increase in exercise is a success, small steps counts.

For the past two three years, we have been avoiding thanksgiving, this year is no exception, we have decided to skip it and head to Vancouver. Although Canada has been our favorite spot to avoid turkey day, but mostly, we were staying at Whistler. Not this year, this year, we want to stay at the heart of Vancouver and take a closer look at the city.
