2018Diet Diary 01/30/2018
Actually sleeping early yesterday, fell asleep around 11pm, that’s early, for me. I have decided to write a diary of my diet and exercise, it will help me keeping a conscious mind, and to keep the blog active, I won’t publicize these post, it will simply serve as a diary.
Date: 01/30/2018
Weight: 142
Breakfast: Yogurt and Banana with a cup of coffee.
Well, this is not really a good combo for a low carbs diet, since Banana is high in carbs and yogurt is high in sugar, plus my coffee is the 3 in 1 type … but considering what I used to have for breakfast, this is super low carb … and I burn sugar faster than regular, so, I actually need those sugar …
Lunch: KFC 5 dollar combo with a big cup of SODA!
What? You call this a diet? No it is not … I was outside and got to eat out, so I went for what’s pop in my head, those fried chicken always have a special place in my heart, hehehehe~ Shame on me? Nah, that’s not how it works for my diet, as I have said, this is not really a diet, it’s just me being conscious with what I eat and a way to remind my self to do more exercise. I only had the two pieces of chicken (leg and thigh) and the soda by the way. My little one consume the rest plus the pop-corn chicken, which I had a couple as well ….
Dinner: Greens with blueberry and mushroom dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil + some white radish beef stew
Now, this look more like it, isn’t it? SO MUCH GREEN!! Well, I actually don’t mind the green, I love vegies, I can’t just eat it and nothing else day after day, but as part of a diet? I don’t mind it at all. I feel healthy. The white radish and beef stew is for protein and for counter to THAT MUCH GREEN! Yes, I love vegies … no really … I do …
Exercises:
Sword Practice.
Stationary Bike
Cooking and washing dishes. What you counted??? Of course, did you not see the calories output? It’s a great exercise, I have stop using dish washer for this purpose.
Well, that’s for today, over all, it’s not a bad day at all.
